Aquarium Specialty Return Policy?

Aquarium Specialty accepts back new and unused items for a full refund, minus a restocking fee. Normal returns can take up to a week to complete. The customer is responsible for shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments. All original equipment, components, manuals, cables, and packaging need to be returned in order for Aquarium Specialty to process your RMA.

Shipping charges on returned items are non-refundable. If an order is canceled after it has already shipped, there may also be an additional fee to have UPS change the delivery of the item. In the case of a return, if the order originally received free shipping on the site, the actual shipping charges that were incurred shipping the order to you will not be refunded.

Please note that returns are not accepted on livestock. DOA livestock must be reported the same day your order arrives. A short video is required for consideration of any and all livestock credits. Shipping costs are not refundable on any livestock order.
